Housse De Racket announces new album on Kitsuné for 2011! Get a preview on the video teaser!

Kitsuné is happy and proud to welcome the French synth rock duo Housse de Racket to his roster. After a successful first record which included the hit single “Oh Yeah!”, very well received by the music press and tastemakers, they toured Europe in front of a growing fan base, developping a catchy live set.

For their new record, to be released next summer, they worked with French superstar producer Philippe Zdar (Cassius, Phoenix, The Rapture…) on eleven futuristic pop songs, with a wide range of influences from Morricone to Carpenter, from Sparks to Bowie, walking in the steps of their elders Air & Phoenix. Recorded half in French and half in English under the steeped in history name of “Alesia”, this album is definitely a new step in these young but wise guys’ career.
