JERRY IN VENICE
Thanks to Redux magazine’s head-honcho Erwann Lameignère, I passed by Venice for the Biennale of contemporary art in June. The Kamel Mennour gallery was throwing a party for Israelian artist Sigalit Landau in the Scuola Grande di San Rocco and invited me to dj during the cocktail. With the Tintoretto on the floor above, flowing champagne and the cream of the art world in attendance, it was a most surreal experience. Twenty four inspiring hours in the most romantic city of them all, just enough time to jump on the vaporetto and take a few pix.
