Job – Café Kitsuné Manager / CLOSED

As Café Manager, you will be responsible for;

– Welcoming, serving and accommodating all guests in a courteous and professional manner
– Producing and serving espresso drinks of great quality, accuracy and consistency
– Scheduling, motivating and managing at least one other team member
– Ensuring timely and accurate ordering, rotation and management of all cafe stock items
– Overseeing the safe and proper use and maintenance of all heavy equipment and store fittings
– Ensuring that every customer interaction reflects the high standards of Maison Kitsuné
– Liaising proactively with Maison Kitsuné’s finance, procurement, human resources and operations departments on all necessary matters, as and when required

As Café Manager, you will have;

– A minimum of two years experience as a Barista in a comparable service environment
– A minimum of one year’s experience as a cafe manager or supervisor
– The innate desire to constantly exceed customer service expectations
– A commitment to excellent personal presentation and communication skills
– An enthusiasm and positivity that motivates junior staff members
– An attention to detail that stands up to the most demanding of scrutiny
