Popular to vegan or gluten free consumers, Sky High is one of the rare suppliers in Japan with its first full-scale cold press juice bar. Ingredients used are 100% vegan and organic to the best of our ability. (Diary, animal meat, GMO free). The owner Mami had experienced the effectiveness of juice products throughout the years from personal experience. Low juice is the best thing for human body. Experience the natural taste and freshness through your senses by trying Sky High products.

A special menu is carefully created for Cafe Kitsuné Tokyo by the owner Mami. This menu offers two divine flavors,”Nuts Milk” and “Kitsuné Smoothie”.

The cholesterol-free “Nuts Milk” smoothie is made with raw cashews which are potent antioxidants and good sources of vitamin, oil, copper, manganese, magnesium, phosphorus and fiber. The organic and chemical-free milk used is easily digestible. Contrary to soy which can be genetically engineered or using pesticides, raw cashew does not.

The “Kitsuné Smoothie” has a good balance of bitterness and sweetness. This healthy drink is ideal for consumers that are hesitant to vegetable. It is made with organic japanese green mustard, parsley and celery. The ultimate ingredient of this beverage is spirulina which brings proteins.
